With this account you have the opportunity
to eliminate your service charge with an earnings credit based
on your balances.
- $100 to open the account.
- $6.00 monthly maintenance fee.
- $.25 per withdrawal and $.06 per
item deposited in excess of 50 during the monthly statement
cycle.
- You will receive an earnings credit
on this account that will be applied to reduce the total service
charge. This credit will be calculated by applying our current
Commercial Money Market rate to the average collected balance
for the monthly statement cycle. (The interest rate tier used
will be that rate in effect for balances of $50,000 or more.)
This earnings credit cannot exceed your total fees.

Business Checking Account |
This account is geared
toward the small business owner who writes a limited number of checks
and whose deposits are not made up of many individual items.
- $100 to open the account.
- 20 free withdrawals per month.
$.20 each over 20.
- Service charge of $3.00 only if
average collected balance falls below $1,000.
- 50 items per month deposited free.
$.10 each after 50.

Money Market Account |
An interest-bearing account
with limited check writing ability.
- $5,000 to open the account.
- Service fee of $5 per statement
cycle only if the account goes below $500.
- Six preauthorized transfers per
statement cycle, no more than three to a third party (limited
by federal regulations).
- Unlimited withdrawals or transfers
in person or by mail.
- Interest will be compounded and
credited to your account when the account balance is above $1,000.

Super Now Account |
This account is an interest-bearing
checking account for our business customers. Only sole proprietorships,
nonprofit organizations or governmental entities qualify. For-profit
corporations and partnerships are not eligible, due to Federal Regulations.
- $1,000 to open the account.
- $6.00 monthly maintenance fee.
- $.25 per withdrawal and $.06 per
item deposited in excess of 50 in a monthly statement cycle.
- Interest will be compounded monthly.
